I brought my 93 year old mother for her yearly well visit. I was told the appointment would be 45 minutes. The total appointment time was 21 minutes. Ten minutes of the appointment consisted of a piece of paper with a black circle drawn on it. Magda (I won’t even call her a Dr.) proceeded to ask my mom to draw an actual CLOCK that read the time (10:50). My mom drew a clock with both hands on the (10). Magda said, “Oh, no, the small hand should be halfway between the 10 and the 11)……. Like seriously? This is a well visit for a 93 year old and she should have focused on her health What was the purpose of this ridiculous clock exercise and Magda acting like a big shot that the small hand of the clock should be halfway between the 10 and 11!! Magda did not even know the difference between her medications and what they were being taken for She should have focused on my mom’s health, not a clock!!! She is horrible and not someone I would ever put my trust in! Spending ten minutes of the 21 minute appointment on drawing a clock? Millions of people don’t even know how to read a conventional clock today, including young children and adults! Apparently Magda doesn’t know how to read a clock! My mom did!!!! How dare her waste this appointment on nonsense. I feel like this appointment was a money making scheme with no benefit at all for the patient!! Very sad and dissatisfied with Magda Louka!! My suggestion… use another MD. Don’t waste your time seeing this DO!!!

I’ve been using Dr. Louka for a few years now. She is consistently on time, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and is a good listener. She will answer your questions and emails if necessary. The office has a wonderful staff as well. Not hard to get an office visit! Highly recommended!
