Always a good festival. Disabled parking needs to be honoured and not used for glamping customers, as parking in a field of tall grass makes it next to impossible to use the wheelchair, which isn't fair.
Otherwise a great experience, well managed and planned.

Totally unprofessional. I attended the event as a trader & was provided with absolutely no information for how to get there, where to park or who to even report to on arrival. I asked 2 stewards if I was allowed to park in the park car park - BOTH of them told me it was fine. When I returned to my car I had received a ticket.
To be honest i would not have taken issue or left this review if the organisers had
A) responded to me (it took about 5 messages over the course of 3 weeks before I even got a reply back)
B) taken accountability for their lack of adequate organisation (they are still claiming I was given the parking info and refusing to acknowledge their stewards told me the wrong information)
C) just done the right thing and paid me for my parking fine!! Why ask for my bank details if you didn't plan on sending me any money?!
Safe to say I will never trade with you again!

Great family festival environment. Parking was easy. Entry was a bit of walk but it was easy to do, the venue is spread out and works really well.
Voucher only bars. £5.50 for one, this got you one alcoholic drink or two soft drinks/water.
Loads of lovely food stalls. Not bad prices.
Some great acts. Some not so great acts. “oh my god…it’s the church” turned out to be a an act that I really enjoyed!!
Loo’s were well looked after till it got dark then they went downhill a bit.
Lack of seating but bring a picnic blanket and you are sorted.
Walk back to the car was good in the dark. They have plenty of lights set up.
Security was good. Didn’t see any issues at all.
This was my first festival so the rubbish on the floor was something I didn’t expect but I now know it’s common.
I highly recommend coming to this. I’ll be back next year.

Festival itself is only 10 years old so a few things still to learn

Dropping off and picking up needs to be better signposted and managed We sourced a drop off to the festival as instructions seemed to lead towards this However, were told that we shouldn’t be getting dropped off in the only area we could see traffic entering
There was still plenty of parking when we arrived and left so probably could have taken the car
We were mislead with options of transportation home at the end of the festival and found ourselves ordering a last minute Uber (after an abrupt response from staff outside) who in turn struggled with what the process was for collecting people. There were cars parked up right down to the A689 and was all very disorganised

FULLY CHARGE YOUR PHONE! Mine died and as expected, charging on site was extortionate. I therefore couldn’t pay for much as most main bars were cashless

Unsure if myself and my friend missed this, but the option of paper maps and line up times at the entrance would be useful as phone signal was poor and we hadn’t memorised the map and line up times

A centrally based info point would also be useful for people like myself who are not fully prepared

Apart from these snags, was a wonderful day

Well organised inside and good service for food and drink.. overpriced but that's standard
Need to make the entry more slick. Queued for too long.
Could also do with some wood chip down on muddy areas.
