Ils annulent sans aviser toutes les clients, rien sur leur site et un feuille imprimée noir et blanc sans explication! Bravo

They cancel without notifying all customers, nothing on their site and a black and white printed sheet with no explanation! Bravo

Amazing show! Venue was easy to access. Staff were friendly, supportive, helpful. Seating in the balcony is a bit tight, but our view (G 108/109) was perfect. Drinks prices are a bit steep, but they come with reusable cups and the cost isn't atypical for venue pricing. Lots of comfy space to relax before the house opens.

The theatre itself is a beautiful, historic gem in Philadelphia, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great atmosphere for guests!

However there were several concerning issues in the space. Unfortunately, the seating made it difficult for me to fully enjoy the show.

I’m 6 feet tall, and the back of the seats in front of me (Row D, Seat 14) pressed uncomfortably into my knees throughout the performance. It was hard to find a comfortable position, if you wanted to shift, you would bump your neighbor. I noticed others around me struggling with the same issue.

I can only imagine how challenging it would be for someone taller or with a larger build. It would be great if the theatre could reconsider the seating arrangement to offer more space and comfort, as it would certainly make the experience more enjoyable for all guests.

Also subtitles are very easy for AI to caption. Many hard of hearing folks would benefit from subtitle displays for spoken performances.

Great venue, but the seats are in dire need of upgrades. By about 2 hours into a 3 hour event, both of our asses had become numb and we were both constantly shifting to try to alleviate the discomfort. My fiancé finally had to get up and go out to the lobby to walk off the discomfort, which caused her to miss some of the show.

I saw my first live “big city” production on November 29th at this beautiful theater. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas was enjoyed immensely by myself and husband.

Beautiful theater in a safe location with ample parking nearby. The theater was clean and seating rows were a little narrow (especially when other patrons kept getting up and needed to pass to the aisle).

The show was fantastic, but the seats leave much to be desired. MUCH too tight in front, next to, and behind! The location of my seat (balcony row G seat 2) was great in terms of view. I will also say the sound was good...almost too good (loudness of the band) for my ears, but it leveled out eventually. Overall, it is a decent, clean venue with good sound and pleasant staff. The seating is the main reason for the lower rating.
