m.henry has been part and parcel of Andersonville for over 20 years. The food is amazing,Service is friendly and informative. Hot coffee is ever flowing. The whole experience is seamless. A great team work that results in an awesome experience. Hot cakes are fluffy and French toast made with homemade brioche is yum ? I had Pastrami Benedict with perfectly poached eggs.FYI : This place does not take reservations and closes at 2.pm. A must visit place

Awesome French toast (with a cinnamon roll toast style). The food is awesome. For my personal taste this place is too packed with people in to smal of an area. We went there on Sunday at about 11:30am .

Really great local diner in Andersonville. The food was incredible and as someone who doesn’t usually eat an entire brunch plate we licked the plates clean. We got the leek omelette, the Latina omelette and pancake for the table. It used to be BYOB, but now carry alcohol, however they were generous and kind when mentioning that they changed their policy and now charge a corkage.

Had a great meal here! The food was tasty with just the right portion sizes, and parking was easy to find. Friendly staff and excellent service. Was there around 9 am - was seated right away.

I've been coming here for 6 years, and M.Henry is by far my favorite brunch spot in Chicago. From the cozy and eclectic atmosphere to the friendly service, and delicious food, this spot is a gem.

My favorite order is to split the Latina Omletta and Blackberry Bliss cakes for sweet with another person for sweet and savory.

The Bliss cakes are the star of the show and straddle the line between decadent and tart with sweet cream and fresh berry compote layers. The crunchy oats on top add perfect contrast to the creamy, fluffy dish.

Latina Omletta is a delightful omelette with crispy potato and plantain.

This is legitimately the BEST breakfast and brunch food I’ve ever had. We have been eating here for years, since we lived in Chicago in 2008. Every time we come back to visit the city we eat here at least once or twice. The blackberry bliss cakes are out of this world and unlike anything else I’ve ever had. Their savory breakfast options are equally delicious!! The breakfast bread pudding is a can’t miss. We brought our kids last time and I was so impressed with both the quality of items on the kids menu but also the extremely reasonable prices!
We love the atmosphere and the Andersonville neighborhood is so fun. I always get their homemade granola to take home too. Could not recommend more highly!

One of our favorite breakfast places. We had the peach and berry bread pudding , egg sandwich, eggs etc. Our fourth visit, just as good. This time, we sat outside in the back. We had the fried egg sandwich, Eggs Benedict, Blackberry pancakes, and the breakfast pudding - the best thing we have eaten!

I got the chicken capreses sandwich and my boyfriend got one of the quinoa bowl. Both amazing! The service was also really good for it being so busy. The best part however is the chocolate chip cookies and the blueberry muffin. Even if you don't come in to eat their food you should definitely take the sweets to go. 10/10
