Le Glin Thaï Bistro à Fort Greene, Brooklyn, est un joyau pour les amoureux de la cuisine thaï.
Offrant un mélange parfait de saveurs authentiques, un service chaleureux, et un cadre élégant, ce restaurant promet une expérience culinaire thaïlandaise exceptionnelle et inoubliable.
Je recommande particulièrement le Crispy duck au basilic (ou au broccoli) et les Gui Chai (pancake a la ciboulette).
C’est un BYOB (on peut ramener sa bouteille de vin avec un droit de bouchon)

Sublime! Some of the best Thai food I’ve had in the city. The to yum seafood hot pot was on point and the crab fried rice provided a delicate balance. Will definitely come back here.

Had a great time at Glin Thai Bistro. Definitely a hidden spot in Brooklyn. It’s in a nice area and the atmosphere is quite nice and spacious in the back. We got a couple of dishes for a big group, and everything was quite tasty. I would definitely come back here again!

Glin Thai Bistro has such a cozy vibe, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier! The cocktails are amazing—definitely try the Mile Away. It’s a mezcal drink that’s strong but super smooth, not too sweet. If you’re not in the mood for alcohol, the mango lemonade is super refreshing.

The food? Absolutely delicious. The mangosteen salad is a total game-changer, and it’s perfect with the crispy soft shell crab (though I wasn’t crazy about the dipping sauce). The portions are huge, so it’s great for sharing. The deep-fried fish, for example, is massive and seriously impressive.

The only downside is the location—it’s a bit out of the way in the Navy Yard. But honestly? Totally worth the trip!

This place is REALLY good, the food is really a tier above other Thai in Brooklyn. It is a strong 4 stars.

We were there for the happy hour and got 2 margaritas each. They were very good but predominantly ice lol. And then we got the chive pancakes as an app, these were particularly fantastic.

I got a vegan mushroom dish that when I ordered it was like “ahh am I gonna regret getting mushrooms for dinner.” But NO! It was sooo good. It has a red white type sauce that really sews all the flavors together. My boyfriend got a red curry that he absolutely adored - perfectly spicy and creamy and flavorful.

Overall, giving this 4 stars because even though the food was delightful, the experience felt incredibly rushed. It was a Saturday night so perhaps they needed to turn the table over, but we had 2 rounds of drinks, an appetizer, and entrees and were in and out of the restaurant in 45 minutes. The tables are also quite close together which I am of course used to in Brooklyn BUT these felt particularly close.

All of this is to say, I would recommend it here and try it again.

Did a Google search for Thai restaurant and this place popped up. Saw the excellent rating and decided to dine for Brunch. We were not disappointed. Food was well-seasoned, flavorful and tasty. Would dine again. Definitely recommend. We had softshell crab and curry puffs ( a great way to start our meal). Then we had crispy duck in curry sauce, crab fried rice and the clay pot glass noodle dish.
