We had Max come out to cater for our team and they are STILL talking about how good it is! Portion sizes are Texas sized :). We elected to have plates with sausage, chicken and brisket with a side of potato salad and beans, so GOOD! The potato salad was creamy and not too much mustard, beans were perfection! I really enjoyed the sausage since it had a nice little zing to it. We would definitely use them again. Catering was simple, payment was easy and straight forward, customer service was outstanding. You will not regret working with Max and his team!

The service is amazing!! He brought us he’s new soul food dish. The rice was cooked to perfection. The beef ceci bones with sausage was amazing. It was seasoned to perfection. Definitely recommend this dish to everyone!!

Gruene Environmental Companies; A Triumvirate Company hired Mad Max BBQ Food Truck to come out to our Baytown facility and serve up lunch for all the employees.
We were celebrating Black History Month and wanted to support a black owned business.
Hands down this is a solid 5 star rating.
The food was EXCELLENT and the portions were plentiful. We had ribs, chicken, potato salad and beans with all the fixings. I highly recommend this business as they are also extremely professional, timely and friendly. We will definitely do repeat business with them.

The experience was awesome!!! The food was hot and ready; no, waiting. Service with a smile. The taste of of the foods were very tasty and seasoned well! The cleanliness of the truck was like no other and made it stand out! I will definitely patron them again, and again, and again!

Super delicious. They catered at my sisters open house at her job! Very good, love the potato salad, it was made different than any other potato salad I’ve had before and it was super good. Highly recommend!
