Received letter from practice advising that I have been removed from Practice List since advising would be out of country for at least 3 months. This was not infact the case and had this been discussed directly with me this could have been confirmed. No loss to me however. A grossly inefficient practice that does not have patient care as its top priority and as someone who has complained to them at each stage of poor performance on their part simply a way of removing a problem.

Update at 16May 2023:
Have been advised by Scottish Bowel Screening Centre that I will be offered no further tests as I 'no longer live in Scotland '! This is NOT the case as detailed above but is obviously as a consequence of the actions of this GP practice. This is further evidence of this practice's lack of interest in patient care. Infact, patient health is at risk evidenced by these recent actions. I have since joined an alternative GP and am now able to make comparisons. I now have access to a practice that has: efficient processes and procedures, priority to patient care and clearly a competent practice manager. Refreshing and reassuring.

Cannot fault the doctors, Dr canning wedlock and Quigley are the best doctors in my opinion in that medical centre. There's one receptionist in particular that I've noticed has a horrible attitude. Not only towards me but I've witnessed it towards other people to the point I actually felt like intervening.

The receptionist who picks up the phone on line 3 is very nice. She makes up for the others who can sometimes be rude.
