Plus -
- Good music
- Great atmosphere
- Lots of food and play option

Cons -
- Could take you 2-3 hours to come out of the place. Can be a nightmare. Have your gas tank filled.
- The fireworks is partly blocked by the national soccer museum and trees for people sitting in simpson plaza. Also, the place is too bright to appreciate the fireworks in the night backdrop.

If were little darker and the fireworks were shot a little higher, it would be way better.

The vibe of a fest is so good. Lot of stalls and food and activities for kids and free goodies. Fireworks was very beautiful.
But space is very limited to see fireworks. Also so many trees are in a sight, which blocks part of view, if you're seeing this from distance.

The band and the fireworks were great. The issue was the trip out of there and it was mess. We waited for 5 trips before we got on a bus. It was very poorly done. We were in line before the fireworks ended and left 1 1/2 hours later.

Went to this fest for the first time and it was OK. It was pretty crowded and the lines were super long for everything, especially the rides. I expected the attractions to be free but they weren’t, you had to buy tickets and use them for the rides. Lines for the ride were probably an hour long! Lots of food and treat options and they did not all have ridiculous lines. The fireworks didn’t start until about 10:20pm but it was pretty good. Parked at the discovery center and took the shuttle to the square but left before the fireworks started and watched it from the grassy area near the highway. Best parking spot/fireworks viewing area is off the road on the highway or around the hotels/restaurants.

The fireworks were great and based solely on that I would give 5 stars. The Taste of Frisco didn't offer many great choices. The food was not great. We were stopped in traffic for 45 minutes after the fireworks. They were not directing traffic. I don't know how they can plan such a large event and not handle traffic in a better manner.

Fireworks were good but the lines and the traffic afterwards was ridiculous. It’s easier to get out of Six Flags. Waited in dead stop traffic for an hour. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

My wife and I went to this on July 3rd and only one vendor was present. Fletcher corner dogs. The corn hole contest had just completed. It was apparently too hot for the others, but why advertise many vendors. Very disappointing.
