Tuesday 9/3/24, I had a follow-up checkup. They took blood & urine samples. I told Dr. Graham I was having pain urinating and even showed him blood on a tissue afterwards. He never gave me the results of the tests. He never did anything for my concerns which could lead to something severe. He never scheduled any further tests. Saturday night 9/7/24 the irritation and bleeding got severe. I had to go to the E/R. After checking results from blood and Urine samples. They did a CAT-Scan to check for Kidney Stones. The ER Doctor prescribed an antibiodic to me for a Bladder infection. I spent (5) hours at the E/R. Since taking antibiodic all the irritation and bleeding has stopped. Why didn't Dr. Graham check for a Bladder infection with the Symptoms I was having? The hole reason I went for a checkup is to check for any problems, and if so correct them!!!!

Terrible doctor. Completely lacks empathy or social skills. Do not go there. I went there with a demented elderly. There are better doctors who take their oath seriously.

Dr. Graham and his staff were so courteous. I am very grateful that he was able to treat my elderly mother while in my care. My mom is now visiting my other sister. If I ever am in need of a Urologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Graham.

My first and last visit here. I went to discuss some issues I was having. The staff were nice and the initial process went smooth. I didn’t have anything bad to say about the place, it was clean and presentable. Unfortunately, Dr. Graham didn’t really seemed too concerned about my concerns. He came in, examined me very briefly, asked what I was there for, then prescribed a medication and rushed out. He didn’t seem open and eager to answering any questions I had. I brought in supplements and meds that I was already taking, but he didn’t seem to even care to know what they were, how long I was taking them or for what reason. Which, in my eyes, should be a priority before prescribing any meds that might interact/interfere with what I have been on.

I went to the doctor in Kingwood. Two weeks ago I was told to call Becky to schedule a kidney stone procedure. Granted we had the storm but it's been this long and I could not get in reach with her. She never answers her phone. She doesn't respond to voicemails. Yesterday I was promised that she would call back after she got off phone. That didn't happen. I called today and held this time for her for over 20 minutes. After calling back and giving ugly on the phone, suddenly she was "available". Her excuse was I have a phone that doesn't let her leave a voicemail. That is garbage. I haven't got any calls from her with the exception of the first call two weeks ago. After all that she can't tell me a final price anyway. What a total inept office this place is. Then she had the gall to lie about my phone?! Don't go here folks. If they can't contact you to schedule a procedure that they make plenty of money on, what else are they going to not be able to do? I don't even want to have my procedure done with them now. Very angry right now .

My daughter just messaged me letting me know she can't have surgery to remove a kidney stone because they want $4,500 up front. And this includes her insurance! She was in ER and they referred her here. She's in pain for God's sake! They weren't even willing to work with her.

Don't use this urologist. After 6 months of treatment, he passed me off to another urologist. I'm in constant pain. Do NOT use him! I went to MD Anderson to see a real urologist and they took care of me immediately.

Worst urologist. After having a prostate biopsy, I went home and later that evening, ended up being transported by ambulance because of extreme pain and bleeding to the hospital for 4days.😡
