I have been seeing Doctor Schwartz for quite some time now, and I could not suggest a better allergist. I have several rare diseases which require a lot of push when it comes to getting medications through insurance and both Dr. Schwartz and Dawn have been incredibly helpful at ensuring I get the medications I need, where and when I need them. Thank you to everyone at the practice for making this a place I feel safe at! The qualities of the team here truly supersedes that of many other places, and I happily will remain a patient of Dr. Schwartz as long as he is in practice.

During the two months of treatment with this doctor, which did not help me at all, i never got to see his face, not even once! The first time I went to his office , i was seen by his APRN Elizabeth, who is a very nice lady. Afterwards, communication was only through his nurses, whom could never answer any of my worries regarding my treatment. Throughout this ordeal not once did I ever get the chance to see or speak to him. His receptionists always gave me contradictory excuses everytime i called saying he was on vacation or sick. In the meantime, my health was deteriorating even more, regardless of following up the treatment given by his APRN, who i never got to see again. Finally, they gave me a face time appointment to see him in three weeks. By then, I had decided to find another doctor, who immediately took me off those medicines and gave me a different kind of treatment. That very same day I started feeling better and haven't had any other horrible episode of urticary so far. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone EVER.

PS: If you have a hispanic accent, . don't bother going to this office! The english-speaking nurses immediately start panicking and ask for a translator the moment you say "pardon me", how offensive! they dont bother at all in repeating the word that I did not understand. I am not dumb, this could happen to anyone, I perfectly understood everyting they were saying, I just wanted them to repeat one word one more time, goodness gracious !

Dr Schwartz will take his time and review your chart before evaluating each time you visit. He sat down and explained best options and realistic outcomes. He has an extensive background in pediatric care and allergy medicine. I don’t feel rushed or pushed into decisions. We need more doctors like him!

I think Dr. Schwartz is amazing. He has been my doctor for many many years for my asthma and allergies. He squeezes me in if I have an emergency and is caring kind and compassionate. I never feel rushed during an appointment. I am sorry if other people had an off experience with him.

I heartily recommend Dr. Eugene Schwarz, who diagnosed me in June last year with a neuropathy in my head. Neurologist should but did not guess, as well as many other doctors I have seen. I was 7 times in ER, 10 times at primary doctor, I saw all possible specialist and nobody was helping. I could not eat, could not sleep, I was not able to drive car by myself, go to work or taking care of my self and my daughters. It was 3 months of nightmare until I saw Dr. Schwartz.
I always run, always fast, and I could never find the time to thank the person who saved me. You put me on my feet while other doctors were burying me alive, You listened when others pretended to be deaf, You took a time when others waited for me to leave. You don't even know how thankful I am to you. You are irreplaceable doctor who is hard to find. I am very lucky to meet you and that you have given me this second breath.

I cant believe that now days health has became a business. Just to get a right exam you have to visit the doctor office more than three time, and in the meantime he is charging you because you have to see him. ( stealing your money). My experience with the doctor has being horrible. I ask for a regular skin test in April and we are in may and still I haven’t getting it done yet. I scheduled an appointment for skin test and they said that I need first a consultation. Alright!!!. The saw me and he clarity told me, I can’t treat you because I don’t know what you have. He doesn’t know anything about skin rash. However, he told me I can order you the skin test. Alright!!! I was scheduled for the skin test in 3 weeks later. And finally the day came and the nurse did a different skin test ( patch test), totally different of what I asked him for. So, now I may have to way three more weeks to get the right test. What is happening with all the doctors. They have given up their ethic and and have became more about money. In this days they only matter that you visit them several time so they can get more money from you and from your insurance. This is ridiculous, they don’t care about you health anymore. This is totally crazy. I really do not recommend this doctor to anybody. After I finish all the right test, I hope I get it done soon, and bye bye doctor. It wasn’t a pleasure to meet you.

My wife went to Dr. Schwartz for the allergic facial hives that she suffers from. She was told by him to soak in a warm bath for 20 mins a day, with Dove soap and a wash cloth over her face. She took the time to forward her allergy records from her former allergy doctor. in NY and during her last visit Dr. Swartz didn't even both to look at them. We will never give this doctor our business again. This was the worst "medical care" we have received since moving here. He should be ashamed of himself.

Worst customer service I have ever received for a doctors office. Who ever answered the phone is extremely rude, and had an attitude. She made a slick remark and hung up on me. Never have I had a doctors office be so disrespectful. I will not be returning.
