This is a family-owned and family-run business and they offer great quality and very tasty menu (one of the best Thai food I’ve ever had). I would definitely recommend them. They have a couple of tables inside the restaurant for dining in and you can call or order through their website for takeout.

We have “Crispy Cream Cheese Wonton”, “Crispy Coconut Shrimp”, “Crispy Chicken BIG Noodle Pad Thai”, “The Basil Noodle with Beef”, “Khao Soi (Golden Curry) with Egg Noodle and Shrimp”, and “Mango Sticky Rice”.

Every single dish was delicious, but Basil Noodle Beef is next level; it’s unique and you cannot find everywhere; it is a must try. I also really liked the combination of crispy chicken and Pad Thai; very creative.

We also tried their specialty drinks, “Thai Iced Green Tea” and “Thai Iced Tea”. They can be made with Regular Cream or Oat Milk. Very tasty with unique flavour.

I guarantee this is the best Thai food in town! I bet you can't find another Thai restaurant with nice atmosphere, friendly customer service and passionate in making good quality food. Highly recommend the cheese wonton, an excellent combination between Asian and Western food that makes you feel the harmony in two different worlds. It will only be your lost if you have never been to this restaurant, not the owner!

Shy on flavors but generally good. The pad thai with sriracha chilli powder was decent. Without the chili powder its passable. Pineapple curry lacked the punch. The flavor profile was nice. Chicken wings were standard too.

I have traveled to Thailand many times, and have tried several Thai food over the years. With these experiences, I am comfortable with saying that this restaurant's Tom Yum Kung does not use a good recipe. It is far too sour and contains little to no vegetables, and it would be much better if more vegetables and coconut milk were added to the recipe. The Pad See Ew is also too sweet, it needs more bean sprouts and broccoli to improve the flavour. I ordered these foods because of the good reviews online, but I was left heavily disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Finally got to try Bangkok Box! We had the cheese wontons, green curry, pad Thai, and Khao Soi. For drinks, we ordered the green tea, Thai lemonade, and Thai tea. Everything was delicious—the food was fresh, and the flavors were excellent. The staff was also super nice! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

I loved all the dishes I have tried ( Cheese wontons, Pad Thai with Crispy chicken) so far and definitely recommend the place if you are around!

Totally disappointed ☹️ like others said ‘shy on flavours ‘ vegetables used are frozen veggies. 🥦 pad Thai is tasteless. This is the highest reviewed Thai place in Oakville (that says something about Oakville). Thai express is better than this place
完全就是骗老外的亚洲餐，pad thai又软又趴没味道里面的蔬菜居然用的是冷冻蔬菜… 最后拿出饭扫光才勉强吃了一半
