Decent hotel we stayed at on travel between provinces. Easy to find, walkable to a super cute diner/restaurant and a grocery store. Brightly lit large parking lot. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Advise not to get the room directly above/beside the pool as it's very noisy until it closes. Pretty good continental breakfast.

We experienced a warm welcome. The booking by phone with interrupted cell service did not interfere with the staff holding the room till a better cellular service was available to me. The front desk was patient booking a travel weary patron in, much appreciated. The complimentory full breakfast was a bonus. The staff recommended local restaurants for a supper meal near by. And it was just 2 min away. We didn't get to enjoy the Gym, or pool and hot tub, but they looked inviting. Near the front foyer beside elevators was a cozy seating area with a gas fireplace it was very nice.

Good location. Easy access and walking to restaurants. Hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast room was clean and tidy, lots of space, and the breakfast was really good with ample choices. This hotel is well kept, updated and modern and most important CLEAN. The cleaning staff we saw in the morning were very polite, saying hello and asking how we were. I don't like most hotels as they are usually run down, dirty, something not working like the sink drain, or the bed is uncomfortable. This is the first hotel in awhile where I enjoyed the stay and have no negatives to note. They even accommodated storing our e-bikes inside to prevent any theft if left locked on our vehicle.

1st time driving Calgary to Vancouver return via Kamloops but ran out of daylight at Salmon Arm; a serendipitous stay for sure! The lovely Heather & Jas made me so welcome when I just wanted to get off the road, the room (bed) super comfy, & the hot spa pool rested the bones well! Heather pointed me to a great restaurant next door for dinner & next morning had an awesome full breakfast (included) that set me up for the day. Super clean, safe for me & vehicle; comfy, great hospitality -thanx team, will be back

...& I was 2 days later to find the same great experience. Thanx Anita too, you were right about where not to eat.

Great rooms. Amenities were fantastic (pool, slide, 24hr coffee, banquet room)
And Heather and Anita (?) Who worked nights/afternoons were so amazing and kind. They had patience for our young players and always had a smile on their face while they were above and beyond

It exceeded our expectations in all respects! We went with 2 kids and stayed in a family suite. The suite was large, the beds were really comfortable, the pool and slide were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious!

Great place, comfy beds, wonder breakfast, staff are great. Prices higher than I would of liked, we stayed there last year for hockey but they stayed at a camp this year. The grandparents didn't geat the same deal as last year though.
