Stayed here twice. Both times the rooms were filthy. Crumbs in the bed between the sheets. Water leaking all over the bathroom floor with what looked like mould sprouting from it. The rug for outside the shower stunk. The towels wouldn't even fit around my body. There were ants infesting the place. The toilet clogged everytime you flush. In the one room the fridge was in a positition where you cant even open it due to lack of space in these tiny rooms. No comforter but instead a topper. The room reeked like incense. No cable. The staff are very unpleasant also. The prices very inconsistent. They also still havent returned my deposit. Worst experience ever, no more chances for this place!

The owner comments petty stuff under bad reviews...my username on here isn't the name i checked in with so keep that in mind. Stop providing poor service and maybe you won't get negative reviews...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Never Again||||I don’t even know where to begin. This place was hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room smelled like mold and old cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The sheets were stained, the towels were damp and looked like they hadn’t been washed properly, and there were bugs crawling near the bed and in the bathroom.||||Speaking of the bathroom — it was filthy. Hair in the sink, a toilet that barely flushed, and mold in the shower. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Also, the noise levels were insane. People yelling at all hours, slamming doors, and loud TVs. It felt more like a horror movie set than a place to rest.||||The staff didn’t care. I asked to change rooms and they said they were “fully booked” — which is laughable because the parking lot was nearly empty. Zero hospitality, zero hygiene, zero sleep. I left after one night even though I booked three.||||Do yourself a favour and stay literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to — it would be cleaner and quieter than this dump.

Amazing place, the rooms are tidy, fresh, spacious, with comfortable beds that feel like home. The bathrooms are extremely clean. The hotel is nothing short of spectacular. The comfortable rooms and attentive staff made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Disgusting location. Bed had random crumbs and blood stains on them (check the photo). Slapping the mattress blew up insane amounts of cigarrette ash. Woke up with countless rashes and bed bug bites. They can't even get basic hygiene right, I am surprised how this place has anything above 3 stars. You can get a much better airbnb room for half the price, avoid this place at all costs.

We were just passing by I needed a place to stay, luckily they had two rooms available side by side. I am surprised how clean and modern the rooms are. Highly recommend this motel, staff was also great.

If anyone is staying in Burlington, stay at this hotel they were amazing. They were accommodating to handicap. They were respectful polite. They helped us out in a bind and they were absolutely amazing. I will stay here anytime I come to Burlington.

Bed was very comfortable...a great sleep...better bed than at Sandman at almost double the price. Yes..its small...maybe a bit dated...if I'm being picky ..lol But overall..a comfy place to crash for the night at $140 You are NOT gonna find that anywhere..I'll come back again and again.

I stayed there 2 days room was clean everything was so good. If you are looking something affordable this is nice place to stay highly recommended.
