Very narcissistic. Does not let you talk and express your feelings and circumstance you are going through. Very condescending attitude. He will belittled you and will have you in tears before you can tell him what is wrong with you. Treats you like your are a drug attic off the streets. He goes through nurses and PAs like water. I been going to this practice for almost 3 yrs the only reason why I keep going there is because of the location of where he is located. The last visit I had is 2 days right after knee surgery and I was so treated so poorly that I will make a complaint to the medical board. He needs to retire or get a new profession because this one he really needs help himself with attitude and compassion. Do not go to his practice not unless you can put up with it and make sure you bring tissues because after all his yelling at you and repeat himself like you stupid you will need them

Lol can someone say butt hurt? He was UPSET that I came back to him after my other doctor closed up shop. Got accused by him and his PA stating it looks like I was shopping for drugs even though I told them I have a month supply left and I was coming back to reestablish being a patient NOT asking for more dilaudid. He didn’t even want to speak to me he sent his PA to tell me and when I asked nicely if I can speak to him and he came in ARROGANT AND MAD. Like it was an INSULT to ask to speak with him to understand the reason behind his decision. He said I didn’t need to give a reason he can choose who he wants to see and I can go find a docotr who can get me higher than him and better pills. I told him once again I am here to establish not to ask for pills or anything as I don’t need refills. He said find someone else and I told him I have a complete colon removal surgery next Monday which limits me to finding a doctor before my medication runs out and he said that is my issue. He even said I probably didn’t come back because that other doctor was better than him and got me higher when that doctor got me OFF of dilaudid when HE didn’t want me to get off and I WANTED OFF OF IT

Just a friendly shout out to Somit Ghandi at Advent Health pain management in Celebration. Somit was absolutely in the right place at the right time and, I might add, He was in the right frame of mind. Thank you for your help in streamlining the PA process for my medication. You are truly a professional

This Man and his staff are STELLAR in the field!
I have over 15 years with this medical crew.
Thanks to this Dr and staff, I have avoided having my spine fused by another surgeon who will go nameless since he is retired now.
Not everyone has the same problem, and I understand results can vary, but if you want the best possible treatment in the best facility, this is the place and the Doctor to see in pain management treatment.

Just finished epidural #3. As someone who worked in hospital-based healthcare for 40 years, I can tell you this is a wonderful physician/staff. Great communication, detail oriented, kind and gentle. I was recommended to the doctor and will definitely recommend to my friends/family!

Been to see Guerrero twice. 3 years in between visits. My Dr sent me to him. He actually YELLED at me because I take Motrin for pain and yet he refused to do anything for it. I didn't ask him for any medication, I simply asked what we could do about the problem and the pain that seriously reduces my quality of life. I got an unwarranted lecture on opioids (again, didn't ask for that) and he yelled about how he was not going to just 'take over' another Dr's treatment. I have an upper back problem and he says I am too young to have that problem so therefore its not real. How could any Dr say something so ignorant? I have MRIs and x-rays that show the problem. I refuse to go see him again, he is a real jerk and not worth your time and money.

I completely agree with the previous comment stating that this Dr. is narcissistic! He’s sorely lacking in compassion and behaves like the world should revolve around him. Why on earth would someone like this man become a doctor for people who are in pain and suffering is beyond me!

This doctor is out of his mind. I’ve been in the medical field for 25 years what doctor prescribed an opiate for an 80-year-old woman that’s already on lorazepam, Ambien, fiorecet, tramadol? And when my parents asked if it was a narcotic he told her no but he told her he wanted her to take one hydrocodone every day for a week even if she wasn’t in pain and then take it when she needed it. Sounds like somebody setting himself up for future business, disgusting.
