This clinic consistently fails to meet expectations. They neglect to return calls or send promised paperwork. Their staff openly admits to billing issues and uncertainty about which company handles patient inquiries. More alarmingly, they may verbally inform you of serious health concerns like potential cancer without properly documenting it or providing necessary referrals. Withhold prescription renewals for long-term medications, such as birth control, until patients schedule and pay for additional appointments. To top it off, they have a habit of sending bills unexpectedly, sometimes as late as 18 months after services were rendered. How do I know this you ask? I unfortunately experienced this all for myself. If you're looking for an unreliable and potentially negligent healthcare provider, this clinic might suit your needs.

If you're not Hispanic or actually have insurance, don't go here lol. I used to LOVE Dr. Tako and rave about him to everyone, but my most recent experience changed that. My chart is all over the place and did not document the ultrasound I have (despite me paying $230 for it), they have my race wrong, and they've billed fraudulent charges to my insurance company and refuse to refund me the excess I've paid out of pocket. They also won't provide an itemized receipt showing what I paid for.

As someone who has desperately tried to find a caring doctor, Dr. Tako suddenly changed and no longer seems to care about my concerns. We've agreed for months that birth control was not an option for me, but our last visit he tried to force me to take it. He actually left out of the room and told me he would come back. After not returning, the nurses came in and literally started changing the bed with me on it. I had to explain that I was waiting on him to come back in to explain my results in which everyone was confused and I was ultimately just kicked out and told to finish paying my bill. Dr. Tako called me this morning and his response to my growing fibroids was "let's wait and see if they keep growing (1 has doubled in size in 5 months). He also scared me saying I need to pregnant asap but no explanation behind it.

I'm currently dealing with BCBS in filing an insurance fraud claim against them because what they billed my insurance and what actually occurred does not match and they also refuse to refund my excess payment stating it would go towards my maternity services (super insensitive and stupid to say to someone who's not pregnant and already experiencing fertility issues)

5 stars for Dr De Leon he delivered my baby and I spent alot of money since I had no insurance and paid out of pocket for everything today I called to schedule a check up and see if they accept my new insurance the lady who answered the phone said “we are not taking new patients “ did not bother to ask my name to see if I am a returning customer, I told her I wasn’t a new patient and then put me on hold to tell me I have to call again tomorrow because her manager left. I say very poor customer service for previous customers.

just left this place. i specifically expressed to the doctor how nauseous i felt. they asked for a pharmacy, and i gave them one. drove all the way to the pharmacy for them to tell me it’s not there. i will not be back. the ladies in the office are so eager to go home that they don’t even do their job properly. as soon as they reach out to me monday i will be sure to cancel any remaining appointments. this is horrible business!

Dr. Jose Francisco De Leon is an amazing Doctor.
I can truly say he goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him 1000000% Not just saying this because he was my Doctor, I say it because he was my doctor for my last 2 pregnancies. One being 17 years back and my most recent 2 month ago and both being C-Sections. Dr. De Leon does not beat around the bush he will tell you what you need to know and what will your pregnancy and delivery plan would be. He is not only a firm doctor but a kind, funny outgoing, friendly person and not only him his whole staff. Dr. Jose De Leon is a very professional physician who cares about his patients. I’ve been coming to him for over 28 year's and I’m very pleased with him. He performed my c-section and he also did my hysterectomy. Which both surgeries went well and he did an excellent job. I love that he always takes his time with his patient's and explains. He has great bedside manners and always smiling. I recommend Dr. Jose De Leon if you’re looking for an excellent physician.

Amazing doctor, he knows what he does, he gives you that security that everything will be fine, my procedure was great, I am recovering very quickly and I am very happy to have come to his office because after many doctors, finally Dr. De Leon found the root of the problem and it was resolved.
