I would like to say that the staff was amazing and very nice but the Dr. was very arrogant and self absorbed. I understand that some illnesses can be difficult to recognize or diagnose but when I asked the doctor if he was sure my father had Parkinson’s his response was “well that’s a loaded question, I cannot answer that until we have him on the the highest dose possible for Parkinson’s and it has no effect.” Well, my father was on a fairly high dose of meds that caused chest pains and we ended up in the ER. When I approach Dr.Lew saying it was caused by the medication he state that that was not possible. I read the pamphlet that came with the medication and it stated that could be a side effect. So then he switched to a new drug to make us happy. I would be happy with no drug since my dad was misdiagnosed and he does not have Parkinson’s yet now he is on a medication he does not need but is addicted to.

When you start asking any knowledgeable questions to the doctor he becomes defensive and quickens his analysis of the patient and rushes off. My father now is having so many side effect because of this medication.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lew’s for several year. I have Parkinson’s Disease and he and his team have been caring and professional, adjusting meds as needed and recommending DBS surgery when appropriate. I highly recommend Dr. Lew and his team for any neurological and/or movement disorder related issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Lew's for at least 10 years for my cervical dystonia. I have the utmost respect and confidence in him. I see him every three months for injections and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Arrogant and really knows nothing about Parkinson's. He prescribes medication. Any AH can do that.
