We stayed here just for one night. I see they are upgrading the entrance which we had to walk around back to enter. The renovations they are making are a little inconvenient but I understand. The suite we stayed in surpassed my expectations. It was very spacious and clean. We had enough room to put our bags in the living room and sit down comfortably to watch TV. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The staff we did encounter at breakfast was friendly and even the night crew at the desk was friendly and helpful. When we are in town again I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was under construction for updates to the lobby and elevators. They may have considered updating the rooms instead. I didn't find the rooms to be confidently cleaned, considering the previous renter left sunglasses on the floor next to a bed, and a room key card on the floor in the sitting area. Had the room been cleaned well, they would've noticed those. The rooms are equipped with night lights, that you cannot turn off. Pretty bright in ur sleeping area with 3 in that same side. I also think it's pretty cheap, this day in age, to charge for wifi in the hotel. Minimum plan of $10/day. That's petty. The charging outlets in the room half worked. I would stay again, but I would considee bringing cleaning/sanitizing supplies for my room. I found the rooms in need of repairs and a good deep cleaning.

Spacious rooms with hardworking cleaning staff.
However, I was sorry I stayed here, as the lobby isn't operational during renovation - guests have to enter thru the rear parking lot. It didn't seem like there was much concern for the inconvenience, and no benches are provided where people can wait for rideshares or taxis. I ate at the restaurant one night - terribly disappointing, as my burger (ordered Medium) was almost raw and barely warm. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but it feels like no one is taking charge of managing the place. This is sad, because I usually like Embassy Suites - but I definitely would not recommend this place.

I enjoyed staying here for a bit.
Their breakfast service was alright, I had been at the bigger embassy suites before it was sold off and they had bigger space for the breakfast catering. And you had longer to get stuff afterward the breakfast hours the only thing that stopped was the omelettes and pancakes being made. Unfortunately they don't do that here and they don't make pancakes. This is just what I have seen from my stay there.

As someone who travels several times a month for work, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had all year.

The hotel was under construction - noises, machines, and tarps everywhere. It smelled terrible, the parking was a nightmare, and the signage and staff directing guests was lacking, to put it lightly.

The WORST part was the bath tub floor peeling paint. The paint chips were sharp and came off just by being lightly touched. Staff denied my request for a bath mat as well as my follow up request to find a room with a safe tub/shower. After those two requests, they ignored my other communications for the rest of my stay.

Breakfast included offerings of stale bread and expired yogurt - among other standard bland offerings (which may or may not have also been expired?).

In summary, the neglectful "service", insufficient planning/signage, and expired breakfast options mean that I will activity avoid this chain. I will also recommend others do the same if they don't want to get paint chips stuck in the bottoms of their feet in the shower or get food poisoning at breakfast.

NEVER stay at Embassy Suites!

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to provide advanced notice (warn) people what they might experience. I arrived at 11:30am, well before normal check-in time. I was advised that my room was not ready but to check back at noon, which I did, still not ready, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm and 3pm. At 3:15pm still not ready but option to move to a room that is ready? I asked why this option wasn't presented 3.5 hours ago. Response was I don't know. Not great but honest. Rooms are very dated. Desk table almost collapsed when I put my laptop on it. When I say the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in, I'm not exaggerating. The HVAC system is so old that it can't heat one room while cooling another. Depending on the season it either blows hot air, cold air or room temp air. Because I visited in November it was warm during the day and cold at night. Not good. When I asked the front desk about how I could warm the room up, they said they could provide me with a space heater. The entire lobby space is under construction/renovation which I can live with but it would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. The shower water gets warm but not hot, when I reported this to the front desk they seemed surprised but it never got fixed. After reading several reviews it seems this is an on-going problem. Evening reception is laughable. Well drinks are complimentary any premium is a cost which is fine, not uncommon. The snacks were a bowl of tortilla chips, a bowl of salsa and a few carrot sticks. Last, I asked for a late checkout ( Gold Status) and was denied. The only perk was the location which was close to restaurants. I wouldn't stay again.

The service was amazing along with the rooms. The size of the rooms for the price of the stay was a steal because I would have expected it to cost more. There's a lovely koi pond and you can feed the fish which is awesome. Room service was great. The poolside room service was really fun as well. Free alcoholic drinks between a certain time of day and per day's stay. If you're a breakfast person like me you'll enjoy the complimentary breakfast each day with a wide selection of food and freshly cooked with chefs preparing your meals. Close by to some shopping plazas and restaurants as well. Overall an amazing stay.
