Would not recommend. I was seen for a physical (no issues or medical history) and a surgical clearance. I was told several times the info was faxed to my surgeon. The surgeon never received the clearance but received the labs. I asked for access to my labs and was only given online access to 1 result out of 5 different panels. I messaged repeatedly, called 3 times and went to the clinic twice to pick up the clearance so that i could ensure my surgeon received it on time so that my surgery would not be cancelled.

The staff bumbled around not knowing if it was printed before they determined it was not. I was told i would receive the document via email. I did not. That was last week. I waited while they searched 1st) 30mins 2nd) over 65 mins as i’m writing this and still have not received the one piece of paper requested. I need the document stating my body systems are ok for surgery. The dr wrote across the surgeon’s form that i provided to her “see h&p” and no h&p is provided or available. She could’ve simply wrote that everything was “wnl” on the form i gave her instead of defacing it if the h&p was this difficult to make available.

I called ahead of time today to ask that it be printed as i was on the way. The rep told me they couldn’t but it would be printed quickly on my arrival. I’m here and it’s been an hour. At this point, staff is being rude, i’m near tears and it seems so unnecessary for something that should’ve been easy to provide the 1st time it was requested. My physical was beginning of Oct. This is the end of October. Why can’t i have the document and online access to my records?! This place is disorganized and the staff is less than appealing. Everyone is aware that I’m waiting and what I’m waiting on. No one seems to care. This is beyond ridiculous.

I will not return and I wouldn’t recommend this physician’s practice to anyone who cares to keep up with their health documents, wants professional communication, follow up or needs any collaboration in care.

Dr Lester is an awesome doctor! I can’t say that about many that I have had, but I feel this woman of faith takes the time to learn her patients, she listens to their concerns before pulling out the prescription pad. I think she challenges me first to assure that we are walking a health conscious journey and that is what I appreciate the most about being under her care.
She is professional, patient, understanding and cares very deeply about our health! I think her approach is Whole-Listic - I know it’s not spelled that way, but honestly she treats the whole person not just the symptoms ypu share… she finds the root and treats it! Amazing Dr

Don’t go to Doctor Lester if you wanna be gaslighted and have all your symptoms ignored! I went to her last year after having a bad reaction to my first Pfizer shot. I told her what the ER told me that I had an autoimmune reaction… she TOLD ME TO STOP GOOGLING Things… even though I had a letter from the doctor from the ER about my reaction which she didn’t care to read! She really does not care about her patient nor does she listen to them! Every appointment I had with her I had to re-explain my situation. I thought doctors took notes during appointments and place them in your records?… Not Doctor Lester

Village Health Partners & Dr. Lester are the most unprofessional and insensitive medical practice that I have experienced here in Dallas. After receiving a bill for services that I am unsure if they were rendered, and reaching out to the billing office to inquire about access to lab results and prescriptions that I was told I needed, I never heard anything from Dr. Lester or village health partners until they sent me a bill in the mail. I reached out again to see if Dr. Lester was going to call in prescriptions and never heard back from her or a nurse. Today I receive a letter in the mail from Village Health on behalf of Dr. Lester say that she is “discontinuing our professional relationship”. We did not have a professional relationship. Dr. Lester had no follow through or follow up. Horrible bedside manners and was a very cold and distant healthcare provider. I went to her because of the recommendation in “D Magazine”; I think they need to revisit how they rate the Top Doctors in Dallas.
