A convenient hotel for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley. Easy to reach and simple to find. We liked the spacious room, large enough for two adults and two children, with a nice bathroom featuring a clean bathtub and comfortable beds. The large parking area had plenty of space, even when we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. The staff were friendly and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help and resolve any situation.

After reading some negative reviews on here, we were expecting a very average stay but this was far from what happened. For the price we paid (€139 for family of 4 in a family room including breakfast, booked via the All.com app where you get a discount) this hotel is absolutely superb value for money. We found the staff to be friendly and pleasant. The rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Great choice of food options (cereals, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, bacon, eggs, sausages etc) at breakfast. Colouring area for small children and a table football table for the older ones. Plus the added bonus of the outdoor pool on a very hot day! We can’t fault the place and would definitely return! A great value stay for our one night stop over, enjoyed by the whole family.

Hotel is in a good location, if you have to stopover, but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotel requires full refurbishment to bring it back to 4 star hotel standard, so bear this in mind. The next day reception advised me, that refurb will take place in October. Sofa bed was a complete disaster and I could not sleep. Air vents were covered in dust. Parking is free. Breakfast is good enough. Reception was nice and polite. For the price we paid, it is not value for money hotel. I think, that you can get same quality of sleep in nearby Ibis Budget for less.

Good location with a safe car park.
Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite.
The hotel was clean, although dated.
The room felt dark and slightly damp.

Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility. Breakfast good and plentiful.

Stayed here for 4 days.It was disappointing that they were doing renovations and it was very loud, but they didn't tell us before booking ，It's not marked on the map, it's not marked on the web, you can hardly know that it's under constructionthat，The girl at the front desk said they had to send us an email, But if you book on booking you can't get an email🙄…but the room was huge ,and it's very dry when the air conditioner was used for heating, only gave one bottle of water every day,Even if there are two people in the room.The food in the restaurant was very good!

Horrific experience here on 16 Aug. My friend and I were driving from the South of France back to Calais, and planned a stop over in Tours.
We requested a room with two beds, as we are two single guys. We had this request EXPLICITLY recorded and specifically printed out on our reservation request.
We arrived at the hotel at c. 1900h and were told sorry, you will have to share a double bed.
When we protested, we got a gallic shrug, nothing we can do, cancel if you want we will refund. We don't speak English very well... No camp bed option, no offer to book us a room elsewhere (it was late in the day). I'd give zero stars service if I could, we should accept better from a 4 star hotel. Not a care in the world.

It's a 4 star hotel but basic amenities like tea cups, soap , body lotion, hair conditioner, iron are not available in the standard rooms. And when we enquire about this at the reception we are mistreated. Really not a very "mercure" or accor experience. ( for the rude behavior it was particularly one gentlemen in the reception, the rest of the staff were nice)
