I came here for a work conference and experienced truly some of the best service in such a long time. The rooms are awesome, they are up to date, clean and you have a really unique view of the inside rather than just a bunch long hallways. Oh and the elevators are super fast! After a day of meetings, we all gathered at the bar where Krista just killed it! She was almost as enthusiastic as me (I was drinking haha) and kept up with all the drink requests, and did it all really fast and professionally! We were all sad to see her go! Because we were having fun and didn't want to keep other guests up, we moved to a different area and Jennifer was really helpful and kind when I had questions or requests. I really really appreciate these two women. I look forward to coming back here next year and for many years to come!

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are nice in size. The Marriott team is pleasant to visit with. We really want to love this location, but some of the basics are missing. At the bar, they were missing two out of the three wines we wished to try. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was not the best.

We were so impressed by Sandy the manager, Who made our experience fully turn around. We were feeling less tan cared for and she was able to completely change the narrative for us. I really appreciated the way she made us feel like valued guests . She’s an incredible asset to this hotel. I was feeling less than happy before we interacted with her. Loved when people are so great at their jobs that they impact your whole experience. Great leadership.

My favorite things about this hotel is how friendly the staff is. I travel to this hotel for business and enjoy ordering food/drinks from the Great Room downstairs, especially, when I don’t want to go out or order food to be delivered (that can take some time to arrive). Jimmy, the bartender/server is attentive, prompt, and fun to talk with! Check him out, if you’re ever staying at this hotel!

The bartender Krista is amazing! Her energetic personality and engaging service made our visit enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about both classic and contemporary drinks, ensuring each cocktail was expertly prepared. Her welcoming attitude added a personal touch to our stay. If you're staying at this hotel, don’t miss your chance to visit Krista and enjoy a drink at this fantastic bar!

Positive: Convenience to the freeway and my convention was there as well. Negative: In room 709, I notified the staff that there is not a transition strip, so when you are walking to take a shower and step on that section, the bottom of your foot gets poked by the tack strip. They said it would be fixed right away and it was niot.

The family and I love this place. They allow our dog, the glass elevator is always exciting to ride. The Great Room is an excellent place for food and drinks. The food was top notch, absolutely delicious (and we don’t say that about most restaurants). The staff is amazingly professional and personable. Really a great hotel to stay for a night or a week. The only downside to this hotel is they do not have EV charging. But the nearby Ford dealership has a bank of charging stations and decent convenience store is next door.

Really appreciated Sandy’s help. Arrived at 2:00 and my room was not available until approximately 4:00pm. Sandy provided access to the M lounge to make my wait enjoyable. Then, she verified room readiness and quickly checked me in. Appreciate her help in going above and beyond her duties. Would highly recommend this Marriott property.
