This is the office of a real estate agency. The room above a two-person office with phones, computers and visitors, noisy during working hours. Mattress saggy and uncomfortable, sheets not changed in 5 days (we were put here by the AA waiting a car repair). Shower was in a jacuzzi - a problem for anyone unable to climb up over the side. No shower mat. Asked for dry towels on day 3 as they were still wet because the room was cold. Heater/fan didn't work (tried but very noisy so seemed a bit risky to use). Hairdryer worked but was so old the plastic was decaying and 'sticky'.Bedside table on one side only as the bed was about a foot or so from the toilet door. No restaurant (though one is listed on Booking.com) - self-service continental breakfast in a room next to the office of the owner - fresh croissant (one per guest) and baguettes, meat, yoghurt, etc, but pastries were long-life plastic wrapped. Two oranges per guest for the juicing machine. Coffee machine on all day for staff of the estate agency to use but no cups for guests to take a drink during the day (although anyone staying overnight wouldn't need this). Jug kettle in room but no cups or supplies. No drinking glass. Restaurants (all very welcoming) fairly close but not all open every day so difficult (and expensive) to get an evening meal. Several bars within 10 mins but nowhere to have a simple meal (except a cheap takeaway pizza outlet), or coffee other than in a bar (all friendly). Reviews on Booking.com seem to be positive but I would not chose to stay here.

We paid for a room with pool view and private bathroom but got a tiny room with toilet and bath in the bedroom. No ventilation in toilet. No hanging space for clothes. No sockets to charge phones. Breakfast good with fresh oranges. Never again

Booked on "Budget hotels near you" in the dark 8.00pm and found it easily from the centre.||Only 50Euros for a massive double room with Italian villa type shower - just like standing under a waterfall - brilliant.beautiful artwork in and around rooms. Beautiful antique furniture in room.||Can't understand the Negative reviews as owner & family were very friendly and also helpful - recommended great restaurant in Square for dinner||Breakfast is "rural" - basic but loads to eat with large choice of patisseries. Quaint method of getting the coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Great little find! Ended up spending a couple of nights here unexpectedly when our car broke down. Friendly service, lovely breakfast, rooms were fine for the price, and the pool was a godsend. Turned a couple of frustrating days into an enjoyable experience

The reviews were mixed. Then we looked at the dates of the very poor ones and went with the more recent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. It was quiet and couldn't really ask for anything more. Parking was in a quiet street. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Very close to the main centre of Vitry so finding a restaurant for dinner was no problem. Would return and recommend.

Wasn't very impressed with this hotel. Wifi in all rooms is advertised but we couldn't get a signal in our room on the 4th floor at all - owner just shrugged when told. I managed to get a signal in the lobby area but there is no where to work there - just one chair in the corridor - the lounge area adjacent to the breakfast room was shut apart from during the 1 hour breakfast time.||Room was ok - it had a large bath in the corner but the water pressure was so bad we never managed to fill it.||Breakfast was poor - laid out for all guests to sit together at a large table - 1 glass of orange juice, 1 croissant and 1 choc croissant already put out for each guest - I hate it when they do this as I can't stand choc croissants - why not let guests choose? Coffee was ok.||We asked about the advertised private parking but were told to park on the street outside - not a huge problem but why advertise private parking if you're going to tell guests to park on the street.||Overall impression was that they promised a lot and didn't really deliver much - a mediocre hotel at best.

Helpful hotel owner - called us to check we were coming and great advice for local restaurants. Very comfortable room with corner bath in the bedroom - unusual but OK for us! Nice quiet location with easy parking and friendly communal breakfast

Gorgeous, big room on top floor of this friendly hotel was well worth it after a long car journey. Lots of inspiring modern art makes it a boutique hotel. Lovely views from the windows. Yummy breakfast.
