Room had stink bugs in. Bathroom sink drain did not work. Housekeeping knocked at door before checking out. Restaurant on site extremely overpriced. Workers not very attentive. Food cold/hard/stale/old. No fresh taste. Soda tasted extremely watered down.

Good location. Able to get downtown. Very clean. Restaurant and M club were very good. The bar had a couple of TVs to watch the game.

Our clients house was damaged by a tree during an awful storm. We had to all report to the hotel to take care of our client. Staff was AMAZING. Whatever we needed, just picked up the phone, and they were there. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

They are one of a few hotels that has dinner which is nice after a long day of driving. They really do a good job and offer a few vegetarian options that are actually quite tasty. The hotel needs refreshing- carpet is wrinkling up, sheets have holes from people’s toenails - pillows are way too squishy. Air conditioner cycles loudly and the temp of room swings up and down all night so it’s hard to sleep. So if you want to eat in- that might be okay, but if you eat outside hotel, don’t stay here!
