I ordered chicken and shrimp pad Thai and I got zero shrimp. I'm Extremely disappointed in this meal. ($30) I won't go back.

This place is horrible. I placed an order via a takeout app, but immediately realized this is not the store I want to order (I want to order the one on Duncan), and I immediately called to cancel the order (within 3 minutes after placing the order). The lady who picked up my order told me that she would cancel it. But on the app it shows that the order was not cancelled, and I called the app customer service and they told me the order was being prepared. I called back the store again and the lady told me the order was already done. The lady spoke broken English and seemed that she did not understand me in the first place. I am in awe that they put her to pick up phone calls. If the order could not be cancelled, the lady should tell me in the first place, I made a mistake and I am willing to pay for the mistake. But what I could not stand is the lady told me the order was cancelled and I had to go back and forth with different people to confirm if the order was cancelled, but in the end she suddenly understood me and told me the order is already done.

Food wise it was just a spectacular experience with a distinctive Thai flavor profiles. The only disappointment is a tiny amount of protein per a pretty big pad thai portion.

I have a severe gluten allergy. They included gluten in my order TWICE. The only reason I caught it is because I called. The guy barely got what I was talking about. If you have allergies, avoid this place.

I really want to like this place but they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 pad Thai's, one chicken, one tofu. Both came back with tofu. One of us has a soy allergy.... Just ruined the experience.

Ordered delivery from PAI for the first time, quality lived up to their reputation. Wish the khao soi was available to order for delivery!
