After reading some decent reviews about this rooftop pool and bar, we decided to check it out for ourselves.

The best part about this spot is the view from the rooftop during sunset in the evening. The bar overlooks the downtown streets, and watching the sun do down in the distance is quite nice.

The food, however, was not pleasant. The meat in our Kebab skewer trio was bland, and the meat was tough to chew. The drink prices were on the high end and tasted very "basic." Nothing to write home about. The entire place was on the smaller end, and there wasn't much to do if you weren't swimming in the small pool or drinking alcohol. This place is basically for the view period.

Also, I didn't like the fact that they closed my tab out when they switched shifts without telling me. They had already processed half my order and added their own gratuity without my consent to my credit card. I didn't make a big deal about it, but I could see some of the other patrons experienced the same issue, and they were not happy about it.

The perspective rooftop pool bar at the Art Ovation hotel is a great place to get a yummy tropical drink or some delicious food as well as hang out with friends or solo and enjoy the views, sunshine and sunset. I ordered the fresh fruit bowl and it was delicious with a wide variety of tropical fruits. And the bartender is talented and friendly and gives great service. I highly recommend.

I recently visited the rooftop bar at Art Ovation in Sarasota and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to Emma. From the moment I arrived, Emma's friendliness and professionalism were top-notch. Her knowledge of the drink menu and her great recommendations made my evening delightful.
Thanks to her exceptional service, I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar at Art Ovation - make sure to ask for Emma!

Comfortable Lounge Chairs, Good Food & Drink, Amazing Views ~ Limited Umbrellas… arrive early!

We purchased a ResortPass for $35 p/p for the day. Def recommend! It gave us access to the entire pool bar, restaurant, seating, towels, etc..

They have a pool steward that comes through occasionally… Taking orders, bringing drinks, bringing food, providing additional assistance. Just ask them!

Seating for dinner/lunch is limited… Approximately eight tables. Each table has a glowing light for a unique look and feel at night. Tables have umbrellas at each table.

*Note - many of the umbrellas that were used by the pool, were taken to support the tables at the restaurant, leaving very few umbrellas by the pool. Although we arrived early and got an umbrella, very few people had an umbrella and were forced to leave probably sooner than they would have if they had an umbrella for shade. Recommend asking for umbrella, or arriving early.

i went to this place for my best friends 21st birthday. we got a cabana and ordered drinks and food and just sat by the pool. Matt was so attentive and was even bringing us things we didn't ask for. It was so hot up there and he brought everyone towels with ice in it to keep us cool. He was so sweet and made the experience overall so much better. The atmosphere and view was amazing and the drinks and food were pretty good. I definitely would recommend coming here during the week with some friends.
