To start,
The manager parks at the main entrance, blocking it, making it difficult for visitors. I thought his SUV was a customers, so when I came to unload I parked behind him. And I witnessed other customers do the same thing.
Couple days later I saw the manager jump in that SUV and drive off. Unprofessional.

When I arrived, I walked up, stood there waiting, no acknowledgement from the staff. So I turned to leave, then they acknowledged my presence. I should have just left.

The room was ok, I recieved face clothes with stains, but that's kinda normal. And then I used that cloth to clean up some tea I spilled on the desk, and they charged me $10 for it.

coffee at breakfast is extremely weak. You're better off going to McDonald's. Because all this hotel uses is Folgers.
Breakfast never changes. You have a choice of sausages, boiled or scrambled eggs, hash browns or potatoes. I was there for almost 2 weeks, and never got bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc.
Plates are very cheap paper plates, that kind you can fold around a hot dog. Useless.
Hindsight I should have left after the first night.

Overall was good for the price. Restaurant in the hotel is very handy and food was good. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Big thing honest workers. I forgot a bag with an expensive item in it which housekeeping found and returned. Amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—clearly cared for with attention to detail. What made the experience truly stand out was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and warm. It’s not often you find a place where both the environment and people exceed expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for another stay.

It sounded like there was construction in the suite above me for the two days I stayed at early mornings and late evenings.
It was very hard to sleep.
I was also told at check out my Michels discount wasn’t applied at check in ,but not to worry next time I stay they will apply it?
Room was decent size and bed clean.

I would not recommend your hotel though.

The service quality was very poor. The cleanliness of the rooms was completely unacceptable. The carpet was really dirty.
The bed sheets clearly hadn’t been changed and had yellow stains.
The bed quality was terrible and very uncomfortable.
With the wall design and decoration, it felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room!
I didn’t even want to use the bathroom — and I didn’t!

Worst stay I've paid for EVER!!!! I stayed with THE RADISSON for 6 nights... I paid $214.00 for the first 3 nights pre booked apon checking in, and $300.00 for damage deposit. I extended my stay for another 3 night's after my brother had checked in and his rate was $114.00 with taxes same room... I looked on line and the room I had was reserving for $114.00 taxes included per night. The manager refused to lower my rate to that price, and said I pay what I paid apon check in untill I check out. Dispite what the daily rate was I paid the ridiculous price of the night I checked in at 430am... or I could check out!!!! And if I would've rebooked for the lower rate they were fully booked up!!!! so I could either extend my stay at the rate of $ 214.00 per night or kick rocks.. Noticing guests checking in next to me were charged $89.00 per night + taxes because they booked online...
The fire alarm had gone off in the entire building around 3:20a.m and everyone in the hotel were suggested to leave there rooms for almost 2 hours untill we could choose to return without any directions or head count or concerns ... Nevermind compensation at all for the following 3 nights of this happening throughout the nights..
I was then charged a $50.00 plus tax for a late checkout and was told my damage deposit was being held for mascara marking being on one towel in my room...
Total of $1284.00 plus a $ 50.00 late checkout fee and held my $300.00 deposit... $1684.00 for 6 nights 3 of them were interrupted in the middle of the night from the fire alarm for a minimum of 2 hours each night to be removed from my room....
Not sure why I felt singled out with all the staff for that experience. I am a quite, 40 year old single, white female that doesn't cause concerns or problem's and I am not sure why they get away with doing this. They can give any reason to justify keeping someones damage deposit for there pockets.. It's a tax free lump sum of money that they can keep for themselves especially cash deposits...that is without any papertrail or accountability for the $300.00 apparently the reputation they have in this town and I'm not the first or last to be taken advantage of, and had no recourse to obtaining my $300.00 deposit back. Online they advertise that they have a pool but there is no pool. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel as it's too costly and you'll be very disappointed.

Apart from looking like a communist building, you can’t beat the quality of this hotel at such a cheap price. My husband and I have stayed here twice driving to and from Alaska, and it has been clean and quiet both times! Like I said above, the architecture and style is a little funky, but we’ve never paid more than $50 for a night. Showers are warm, bed is clean, breakfast included in the morning. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it’s good for us poor folks.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. I arrived earlier than the regular check-in time, and the staff graciously offered me a free early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, and the entire check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I truly felt valued as a guest. This kind of thoughtful service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
