I would give a lower review if I could. I saw Dr Lemert twice. First visit went fine. I was scheduled for a follow up visit the following year. This appointment was canceled by his office and rescheduled. At this visit I was notified by the dr that this visit would not be covered by Medicare and I could forgo it if I wanted. I wondered why this appointment was scheduled but agreed to forgo the procedure . He then recommended another procedure which I had already just had per his order. He had no record of said procedure. I then received a bill which listed another Dr’s name, $25, FMLA $25 ( I’m retired) and further billing for the procedure he advised against as it wasn’t covered by Medicare. I tried to address this with billing, a personal visit to the office and conversation with his office manager. Everyone assured me they would return my calls. No one ever did, repeatedly. I have since paid the bill to avoid collection. I have never had any doctor’s office conduct their business as this office treated me. Just my personal experience.
I find it very disingenuous to now leave notice that you want to reach out to me. I had in-fact already spoken to your office manager prior to this review. Her exact words were there was nothing she could do except charge me. This was the reason for the negative review for your office. I should also point out I have never left a negative review for anyone prior to you. The time to address this issue was before you charged me for a service I didn’t receive .

Today marked my initial appointment with Dr. Lemert. I was truly impressed by his attentive nature, as he took the time to thoroughly discuss matters with me, ensuring I understood every detail and providing comforting reassurance. Both Dr. Lemert, his assistant, and the entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a dedicated team, and I'm grateful that Dr. Lemert will now be my lifelong physician.

Dr. Robert Lemert delivered my son a few years ago, he is an amazing doctor. He made me laugh throughout my delivery which made us all so relaxed seeing this was our first child. He was also our doctor for our second pregnancy but I had a speedy delivery so he didn't make it. But he is simply the best!

Dr Lemert is by far on of the best Doctors that I've ever had and I would reccomend him to anyone. He's very patient and explain everything from start to finish. My husband and I was trying to get pregnant and Dr Lemert was there every step of the way and we really appreciate that. We delivered our son last week and it's been such an amazing experience. Thank you so much Dr Lemert for all the time that you put in to help us accomplish the most amazing gift in the world. The Smith Family!!

Being a 20 year old first time mom, many doctors disregard when i say I’m in pain. They ignore me, and they send me home. Not Dr. Lemert. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life. He addressed every single concern i had and wouldn’t let me go home until we had a solution. I appreciate him so much.

Dr.Lemert delivered my first baby in 2007.I was a teen mom and every doctor I went to was rude about it.But dr.Lemert was kind and caring.He also delivered my second son in 2012 and made delivery easy he joked around with us so after the epidural I basically laughed thru labor.Wish I had a doctor like him in Buffalo.
