If you're considering spending $80 on concert tickets at this venue, I highly recommend checking reviews first. This place has the worst sound system I've ever encountered at a 'music venue.' Expensive drinks, the staff is rude, and the layout of the space makes no sense. On top of all that, the acoustics are terrible, and they don’t even bother investing in a decent sound system.

For non-Spanish speakers, the crowd was literally shouting, 'We can't hear!'

I hadn't been to a concert there in a handful of years so I had forgotten how crowded it was and how poor the sound system is! For the price of general admission tickets, I was extra disappointed that they now have the floor divided into vip and GA resulting in an even more tightly packed crowd that can't even get anywhere near the stage. The balcony is a nice alternative to the push & shove of the floor, but the sound was super muffled and low up there. Get your drinks ahead of time. Two overly sweet $18 margaritas left me with a horrible hangover. Will not be going back for live music unless there's a total overhaul of that club.

Don’t come here for live music.
The venue is designed as a night club, not a music venue making it near impossible to mix the band in a way that makes them sound well. The stage is in a corner facing a small area and most of the audience is stage left. The sound here was the worst I’ve heard at any “music venue”. Maybe if you paid for VIP tickets and where right in front of the stage, it might’ve sounded better

Bands, please choose another venue when coming to San Francisco!

Small venue, not the best for concerts, more like a club for dancing maybe? When it gets crowded there is no proper ventilation and is very hot. It has 2 bars, beer was overpriced. Sound system was ok, I think is because I was right next to the sound cabin, not sure how the sound was in other places. I don't think I would go back...

Drinks are expensive, floors wet all night long with empty cans and cups everywhere, dirty restrooms. Sound only at the dance floor with 2 big speakers hanging from the ceiling. It's not worth the cover charge!

It is a huge warehouse with a stage
Shows are very pricy and they exceed the amount of people inside (capacity) always crowded you can't bearly move.
It was a better place to enjoy live music and dance when it was owned by Cesar Ascarruz (Ceasar's Latin) now in my humble opinion it is not a good place to go.

Bar tender (specially )They are very racist and rude . I won’t surprise if this business disappears because of them .First time of my life I have ever felt like that . It’s not single one all of them was rude and bad customer service. I wish I had recorded the scene .
