I posted a review earlier because my daughter had a bad experience at this location. Afterward, we were referred to the other location. Upon arriving to the other location, they did a wonderful job in fixing my daughter’s eye brows. Aside from that, the owner personally called me to apologize and asked what he could do to make it right, including giving us a refund. Very pleased with the owner, making it right and the second location fixing my daughter’s eyebrows.

Went in because I heard they were really good & they were! I explained I didn’t want my eyebrows thinned out and Orusha gave me a perfect shape! Very sweet and kind overall.

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years & always get great service when I come. I only get my eyebrows threaded but the ladies are always very attentive n focused on me when I’m in the chair. Went today & Orusha did a great job. I definitely recommend her.

Please read updated review below, Worst place to do your eyelashes I went there on Tuesday April 23 in morning there was an employee who was so rude and unprofessional you will regret it if you go there. I will never come back to this place anymore because of her and her job. UPDATE the manager of this place called me to apologize for the BAD service I received FROM one of hIS employees and offered me a credit for future, this is the second out of my 44 reviews I posted and 4 bad reviews a manager takes care of his company service, 5 start for this manager that is why I will change my 1 star to 3

Had a very pleasant experience at this location. Once arrived it was empty but the lady was very attentive and did an excellent job at delivering exactly how I wanted my brows! She even recommend a natural remedy for growing more hair on my eyebrows. So glad I tried this place since my regular place had been closed.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. This establishment has been showing mistreatment to customers for a while. Apparently student discounts don’t count if you go to an HBCU. There’s better options for eyebrow threading, save your money and time.

I came and a girl put my information in for me because I did not have my glasses, got my eyebrows threaded and tint,,,another lady did my work, next I came in again she said I didn't pay enough and had already left,, confused I never got a call and had no receipt,,,so I paid 42, plus 5 dollar tip,,I pushed cash and receipt,I had to ask for it,,I won't be back there, she should have seen that when she got cash before I left i won't be back
