I have always had great service at this place like a 5/5. However, I am not sure what was going on this evening. Went in to thread my brows and upper lip but i end up leaving after my brows were done. After letting my brows over grow, it was done so poorly and the lady kept asking me if I wanted a tint after I have said no multiple times. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied in the service that i will not be returning.

I would never come here again! I went here to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady that worked there did my eyebrows so uneven and make them extremely short! Now I have to keep putting on eyebrow makeup to cover up the unevenness! If you look at my right eyebrows you can see how short it looks compared to the other one.

My experience at SOI brow was great! Shiva was an amazing stylist when it came to threading my eyebrows, she asked me what I wanted and she executed perfectly! The environment and ambiance is very comforting and welcoming and will be back for an eyebrow threading.

Anila was very friendly and followed every request I had when doing my eyebrows and forehead. This was my first experience and I plan to continue to go here. I went here because they were open after 7pm and it's a convenient time for people that have work.

worst eyebrow experience ever with aneela. this is my like 7th time coming to her and today she decides to not listen to me and thin out my eyebrows completely making them look terrible. i said to her can you take a tiny bit off the front and she takes some off the arch and then when i say i didn’t ask you to take any hair off the arch she says she misheard me and then one minute later she starts lying saying she didn’t take any off the arch when she just admit she misheard me a minute earlier. my eyebrows and nice and thick i left with half of my eyebrow gone.

Don't go to this place. We all know how important is the skin, especially the face for us women. I went for an upper lip wax and I had never had such a bad experience, surely it did not apply or did its procedure as it should because it ripped off my skin. I do not recommend it. I leave some pictures. It’s painful and it burns. Not coming here again.

Very consistent service across the board with all staff. They have great customer service, and the salon is clean. I’m always in and out without much wait time. Even after moving farther away, I’ll wait to come here for my eyebrow threading.
