This place doesn’t not SUKH!!! SUKH is hands down one of the best Thai spots I’ve ever experienced! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for an incredible meal.

The menu is packed with authentic options, and everything we tried was bursting with flavor. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced—just the right amount of sweetness and tang—and the Green Curry was rich, aromatic, and absolutely divine. Their attention to detail in both presentation and taste is unmatched.

What really sets SUKH apart is the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. You can tell they genuinely care about providing an unforgettable dining experience.

If you’re a Thai food lover or even just looking to try something new, SUKH is a must-visit. Five stars all the way—I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Had this saved on my list for quite some time and finally got the chance to try it! You will need reservations as this place can get packed. I’ve seen you need to make reservations weeks ahead depending on when you’re going.

My friends and I (party of 5) ordered the following and were full at the end of our meal:
- Gor Gluay (sautéed chive pancake) $16
- Hoi Jor Poo (fried crab rolls) $19
- Sukh Pad Thai $25
- Khao Soi (spicy) $24
- Neur Yang (grilled ribeye steak) $38
- Thai Iced Tea $8

The fried crab rolls were really good and came with a dipping sauce. They only come with 4 pieces so keep that in mind depending on your party size. The sautéed chive pancakes were different than the usual that I expected, but decent. I liked the Sukh Pad Thai as it was flavorful and not too sweet. Khao Soi was also solid, but a little on the spicier end (1 chilly pepper does not exactly mean mild spice on the expected level). Enjoyed the grilled ribeye steak, but was closer to the chewier end than expected. This is a winter special so only available for this season. The Thai iced tea was standard and for $8, they really included a whole ton of ice, not sure it was quite worth it, but the dishes are definitely more unique than the typical Thai places I’ve been to.

It was pretty difficult to flag down a waiter/waitress since they were so busy, but they were nice. Overall would recommend, but don’t bring too much as they space their tables really closely and you’re practically back to back with other chairs. Not much space for your legs for the tall people, especially if you’re in the middle tables and not at the booths.

I recently visit SUKH and so impressed. We tasted many Thai specialities and all so delicious and authentic tastes like in Thailand. The atmosphere was very cozy. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes.

I recently visited this place and was thoroughly impressed. The food was fantastic, with standout dishes like the fried fish and crispy coconut that truly delighted the taste buds. The atmosphere was enhanced by the lovely interior and inviting aromas. The music also added to the overall great vibes. The service was top-notch, and I was thrilled to hear they’ve just received their liqour license. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in NYC. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience. Server was able to recommend appetizers and wine that paired so well. The chicken on my Pad Thai was cooked to absolute perfection. The service was outstanding. A must try!

I had an amazing time here. Came here for a dinner date on a Thursday evening around 9. We were able to get reservations same-day. The food is absolutely amazing! Not just the flavors but the quality of the meats tastes much better than what I’m normally used to here. Not sure if the name of the duck dish but it was covered in a tasty gravy that wasn’t too heavy which was nice and we had the chicken pad Thai with a side of rice. Everything was cooked perfectly and the food came out quick. I even liked the rice and I’m not a fan of rice at all, especially not plain white rice- it had a nice texture and a bit of a sweetness like sticky rice, it paired well with the food. The service was top notch! Everyone was extremely polite and happy, our waters was refilled regularly. I also ordered a drink, not sure of the name but it had Mai in it- was hoping it would be a Mai tai but it wasn’t, it was coffee-based but I enjoyed it, well-balanced and strong (the way I like my drink). Overall I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return, the value is also great. The total came out to just 40 dollars each- this place is a true gem in brooklyn. It also helps that it’s right next to the subway station for the g-train.

Delicious!! Took my parents here for dinner and it was perfect. Every dish was made well, tasted fresh and had beautiful complexity and balance. The concept of the train car was so unique and fun! Can’t wait to go back and try the cocktails!

Had dinner here and the food was SO GOOD (so much flavor!), I had to go back the next day for lunch. I’ve never been to Thailand so I can’t compare it, but a Thai friend mentioned that the flavors are very authentic and similar to what you get in Thailand. Favorite dishes here are definitely the fried coconut, chive pancake, and the lotus wrapped rice (Khao Hor Bai Bua) - and it’s what I keep coming back for. Also tried the Hor Mok but I didn’t think it was anything special (tasted like a solid chunk of curry), but it was highly raved by other reviewers. The baby squid in squid ink sauce on their summer menu was packed with flavor. Fried branzino was good, but quite messy to eat. The pork jowl was also too fatty for me, but that could just be a personal preference. The larb khao pod (seasoned corn) and the sausage on their summer menu is also worth trying. Pad Thai with the grilled chicken was better than most I’ve had. Short rib curry and khao soi basically has the same curry base - the khao soi was a lot spicier than what I am used to at other places, but if you have a high spice tolerance, you’ll be fine. The short rib was quite stiff the day we ordered it, but my friend who tried it before said it was very tender when she got it. Must try the taro custard with coconut ice cream dessert - the coconut ice cream with the warm custard is amazing. Atmosphere wise, 9PM on a Wednesday night was crowded and quite loud, making it hard to talk and hear each other. It was a lot better coming here for a weekday/weekend lunch. Also got the fried coconut and fried rice as takeout, it was still good after reheating/ toasting it!
