This is a very fun show with some of the best entertainment I've ever seen at a Ren Fair. They have some wonderful hand crafted vendors and FOOD!! They have Cajun food, dole whip and a really good coffee shop. Well worth a visit.

You can also bring your dogs!!!

This is a cute, family friendly event - usually held in November / December each year. The artist and shows are amazing and the games / rides are a lot of fun too. My kids and I had a great day at the festival, so much awe and laughter. We will be back next year for sure!

Mid. We got a turkey leg for 13$ and it’s made us sick. We were feeling sick before we even finished the thing. It was so overcooked to the point it was rock hard and crunchy. Also the festival seemed so roughly put together. 10$ entry is what it’s worth. Maybe it would have been better to not go on a Sunday. Also, please note it’s 18$ for a ticket then an additional 25$ for games. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the games unless you’re a kid. The shops are very cute though and the joust was fun.

We attended this festival. Just to be clear this event was a very special day for my guests from out of town. Tons of confusion started out the day! We had tickets to Sarasota Renaissance Festival and as we arrived we found that we were at the wrong festival the Sarasota Medieval Frestival. We drove 1 hour to attend. If I may say we were disappointed as we had to drive another 30 minutes plus the attendance here was ver small.

This Renaissance fair has steadily declined over the past four seasons, showing a noticeable reduction in both acts and vendors that has resulted in a stark decline in overall attendance. Sadly, it currently stands as the least appealing option among Renaissance and medieval fairs throughout the entire state of Florida.

This was the first Renaissance Faire I ever attended back in 2021 and it was a blast! This was also the first faire my family attended last year and they loved it so much that they wanted to become "rennies" afterward (Warning: This Faire is a gateway drug).
Having been to both Faires --Suncoast and Medieval -- Suncoast has a really nice layout with a lot of bang for very few bucks. It's also very close to the amenities of the modern world.
Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in fantasy; see exciting shows; make one-of-a-kind memories; or just, you know, gnaw on a turkey leg in the sunshine; Suncoast is a great place to have a great time.
