I've been going here for a very long time. Maybe it's just me but when one has been a customer for so long people tend to take you for granted. I had my lashes done just last week and went back because the girl that did them didn't do them right and they started falling the same night. I go back to have this fixed and I can from the attitude she didn't want to deal with me. I'm asked to pay again, a minimal amount and then start speaking in your language( I think that's very rude) this is not the first time this has happened. I've walked in there and they've spoken to each other in a different language & that's fine. But one can tell when y'all talking about us as customers trust me! Anyway it's the last time I'm going there. It's very close to me and it hurts that I have to now drive far to have a better customer service and attitude. Thanks for the years you've made me look good & I know I won't be missed. You lose some you gain some. It's life...,

I have been a customer here for years and I normally receive all services from brow threading to different types of facials as well as lashes. The past three times my facial services have gotten shorter and shorter. I've done deep cleansing, dermaplaning, combination, and microblasion. They seem to put in less effort each time and cut out different techniques. I would think that I would be more appreciated since I'm a familiar face and I've been coming here for at least 3 years. I am not pleased and probably just won't be back.

I have been going to this place for a long time now and always have been getting the best service. Got my brows done by this young lady today, I believe its Pam and it was as perfect as always. Definitely recommended

Wonderful experience! They close at 8 and actually accept customers until 8. I love how quick the service was. My eyebrows are threaded to perfection! I’ll definitely be back ?

Mina does a great job. She’s very quick and helped me as soon as I walk in. I asked for a clean-up and she didn’t thread too thin like some places do.

Extremely rude attitudes from both employees. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, not even a "what are you in here for?". Very unsanitary l, using the same spoolie on everyone. Lastly, they did a horrible job threading my eyebrows. I asked for a cleanup and she thinned out my eyebrows!

Came here to do my brows and lashes last week. The lady who did my brows (manyma, I don’t know if i got the name right) was so polite and professional!! She did my brows and lashes as I asked and they turned out evenly arched and beautiful!! I have a really sensitive skin and low low pain tolerance and she was patient and did a great job and I really liked her service as well! Will be coming back!!

I have been going for my eyebrows but recently decided to start getting my lashes done here. I have to say my lash tech is very sweet and understanding. I have hooded eyelids and sometimes my lashes get stuck in the process and it’s painful the next day. But she was able to remove them and place them differently with no hesitation. Very sweet not a long wait and the best part is my lashes look amazing!
